\nCMS is the exclusive marine equipment service platform of CSSC, shouldering the mission of offering life-time services with versatile solutions for all customers.<\/p>\n

Original Spare Parts<\/strong>
\nCMS offers original spare parts and services for HHM and CMD low-speed diesel engines from the date of engine delivery to the yard.
\nThe company maintains a sufficient stock with original spare parts for all delivered HHM and CMD engines, either MAN B&W or WinGD<\/strong>, while for urgent cases and in cooperation with HHM and CMD, they can also coordinate the production of items upon demand.<\/p>\n

Retrofits<\/strong>
\nCMS can offer a wide range of retrofits and upgrades such as slow steaming upgrade, Main Engine T\/C cut off, \u039cain \u0395ngine exhaust system retrofit (with SCR system), upgrade to ALPHA lubrication and HJ lubrication systems, upgrade to CLU-4 lubrication system, upgrade to independent hydraulic oil system on ME engine, installation of bearing wear monitoring system, installation of oil mist detector and \u039cain \u0395ngine PMI upgrade.<\/p>\n

Repair & Maintenance Services<\/strong>
\nCMS has a strong service team that can provide a number of services such as M\/E Overhauling during Dry Docking, pneumatic valves and lubricating systems maintenance, on-site repairs of main engine components such as main and crank pin journals, recondition of main engine components including cylinder covers, exhaust valve spindles, piston crowns, piston rods, ICUs, as well as operational troubleshooting for crew members.<\/p>\n

\nCMS, utilizing and combining the manufacturing and operational experience gained over the years, offers training courses using the HHM state of the art training center.
\nThe training courses cover MAN B&W two-stroke diesel engines, WinGD two-stroke diesel engines, four-stroke diesel engines, SAM, KONGSBERG Remote Control Systems, ABB T\/C, Hans Jensen Injection System, etc.
\nA training course can also be arranged, tailor-made to customers\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n
