In 1981, Asian Star Anchor Chain Co., Ltd. Jiangsu (AsAc) was founded.

It is a national high-tech corporation that specializes in the production of anchor chains and offshore mooring chains, providing support to offshore engineering facilities and ships worldwide.
At present, it is the most comprehensive and technologically advanced R&D and manufacturing enterprise in the world, specializing in the production of anchor chains, offshore mooring chains, mining chains, ship anchors, and castings.

Has an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons, and its products are exported to 85 countries.

Asiatic Star (Maanshan) Co., Ltd., Asian Star (Zhenjiang) Mooring Chain Co., Ltd., and Asian Star (Xinchongqing) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. are the three manufacturing bases of AsAc, which is headquartered in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province.

AsAc is dedicated to the optimization of their own resources, the identification and exclusion of potential hazards, the prevention of accidental injuries, production incidents, any illness, and production pollution, and the enhancement of health, environmental, and safety conditions.

AsAc engineers and fabricates the most sophisticated chain production lines in the world, including 35 sets of large and medium-sized chains, 16 sets of automatic continuous chain heat treatment lines, and 4000 tons of tensile testing equipment. Used to manufacture AM2, AM3 anchor chain and accessories, as well as R3, R3s, R4, R4S, RS, and R6 offshore mooring chain and accessories, with a dimension range of 12.5mm to 240mm. AsAc has the capacity to manufacture a wide range of accessories in a variety of sizes and types, with an annual output of 30,000 tons, thanks to its seven automatic forging production lines. Among them, it is capable of producing forgings weighing up to 16T, anchors below 36T, and offshore castings below 120T. It is a global leader in this field, and it is able to accommodate standard product customizations in order to satisfy the needs of a variety of clients.
